In the past, people let their dogs run loose all day log and
nobody thought twice about it. Today, a rule would be
considered broken if one did such a crazy thing!
Tons of Americans view it on television every day; the TV
court shows that many people in our society get a kick out
of. The cases seem to be repetitive and one common type of
case is regarding dog attacks. Either the dog got hurt or
someone else did and who do you think often gets the blame
and loses the case? The owner, because the dog was not
properly tied up or under the owners authority!
This sort of case is usually only won by the owner when it
is something outside of that owners control - like his dog
is attacked or the dog frees itself.

lot of grief and money.
You have to be in control of your dog at all times, or the
liability will come back to bite you on the backside. It’s
an inevitable side effect of today’s litigious society.
You and your dog are going to be safest if you not only put
up an enclosure but also use a cable run. Yes it may seem
like overkill but it’s one of those cases where penny-wise
will often turn pound-foolish.
Once, a small boy jumped a fence where a dog was roaming
around inside of. The dog was also on a chain.
Nonetheless, the dog still was able to get the boy and
caused him serious injury. However, the parents found out
the dog was current on its shots so they took fault to the
incident.
That’s just one case where keeping a dog under control saved
everyone a lot of grief.
